Our hearts are a little heavy as we heard about the passing of a dear friend. We joked about smuggling him on our trip with us - he would be loving every minute of it. Our life on earth is so short and that is exactly why we took our kids out of school to go on this trip. Rest in peace Jeff.

I'm assuming you guys are on your way to the Grand Canyon... Another of God's cathedrals for sure.
